What determines where I fall in the pricing range?
Scope is the main driver: number of users, compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI), infrastructure complexity (servers, locations, cloud environments), and the current state of your environment. We assess all of this in the first call and give you a specific number.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
Yes — most reputable MSPs charge an onboarding fee (typically 1–3× the monthly rate) to cover environment discovery, documentation, tooling deployment, and stabilization. This work is essential for us to deliver on our SLAs from day one. Be skeptical of 'free onboarding' — corners are being cut.
